Mrs Khyati Kapai is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd. She has been coaching, training and consulting since 2001. She is based in Singapore and has taught in other parts of Asia, London and the US. She has also taught as an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University, teaching Communication Management to business undergraduates. She is also an Associate of the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and ESCP Europe business school. Before moving to the professional development industry, Khyati worked in Hong Kong as a Financial Analyst for Citigroup and as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with ACCA-UK.
Coaching and Assessment Background
Khyati is a trained Results Coach, certified by the Neuroleadership Institute, USA, which was founded by Dr David Rock. The Results Coaching SystemTM, also known as brain-based coaching, is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). It defines coaching as ‘facilitating positive change by improving thinking’. The Results model draws from the latest thinking in contemporary neuroscience, along with research from positive psychology, adult learning theory, systems theory and change theory. The coaching approach involves the following process aimed at behavioural change:

Khyati has coached mid-level and senior executives from numerous industries across the region. Her portfolio of coachees include senior executives from Amazon Papyrus Chemicals Ltd, Carrefour, Commerzbank, Deloitte & Touche, Natixis Asia Pacific, Tat Wai and the World Bank. Khyati also coaches senior executives from Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) as part of their T.E.A.M.S. Forum (Team Excellence & Agility to Mobilise Success). Khyati is also on a panel of executive coaches for Nanyang Business School’s Breakthrough Leadership program which is a credit-bearing module for the EMBA 2020 cohort.
Khyati has completed the Science of the Art of Coaching (Neurobehavioral Modelling) programme conducted by the renowned Dr Paul Brown. The programme is designed for executive coaches who aspire to incorporate insights from applied neuroscience to enhance coaching and organisational outcomes. The programme has been endorsed for CPD points by the Association for Coaching and Certificates as well as approved as an ICF Continuous Education activity.
Khyati has completed the Thinking Environment® Thinking Partnership Course designed by Nancy Kline, the author of Time to Think and More Time to Think. This coaching technique embraces the philosophy of listening to ignite the human mind.
Khyati also incorporates profiling tools such as DiSC, Hogan, EQ Competency, Harrison Assessments, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Style, and Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team in her coaching practice. Khyati has also been an Assessor for United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR)’s Management Assessment Program which involves conducting online competency-based assessments for managers worldwide based on their Hogan profiles.
Khyati specialises in the training of Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Professional Communication skills. She has designed and delivered training programs for numerous topics including: Executive Presence, Leadership Communication, Cross Cultural Communication, Multi-generational Communication, Sales Communication and the Dynamics of Writing. She is the only licensed trainer in Hong Kong offering the Happiness Advantage-Orange Frog workshop based on the work of Shawn Achor. She has worked with clients across the region including Biosensors International, Ban Leong Technologies, Daikin Singapore, Fuji Xerox Singapore, Hewlett Packard, Land Transport Authority, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsui & Co, ST Kinetics and Yamaha Music.
Khyati is a Thiagi Certified Facilitator underscoring her commitment to experiential-based learning. She has designed a series of Yzer Strategy Cards on various topics including Leadership Strategies and Effective Dialogues, which are used as a training and learning resource worldwide. Khyati is also a Certified Facilitator of the Income Outcome Business Simulation which helps participants make the connection between their everyday decisions and bottom line results.
Khyati has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) awarded by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. She also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of London. She is also a certified ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher and has published three books.
Khyati is also an avid public speaker giving motivational talks, conducting lunch & learn sessions and chairing public forums including participation in events such as the Public Sector Women in Leadership Summit, Startup & SME Academy (Dutch Embassy of Singapore) and the Get in the Ring Conference. She has delivered numerous talks related to her professional background on topics such as Maximize Your Return on Interactions (ROI)TM, Values-in-Communication, Cultivating a Win-Win Mindset, Gaining Control of One’s Work and Assertive Writing.
She has conducted training in Public Speaking and Presentation Skills to government officials in Southeast Asia as part of the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Initiative for ASEAN Integration. She has also designed and delivered a training program on Impromptu Speaking. She is a Professional Member of Asia Professional Speakers’ Singapore (APSS).
Ms Karishma is an Associate Trainer and Consultant of Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd. She has been teaching, training, coaching and consulting for 11 years and is based in Singapore. Her participants find her training style approachable, and her sessions engaging and thought-provoking.
Karishma specializes in Professional Communication and other soft skills with a focus on Business English, Academic English and Presentation Skills. She has the University of Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (Professional Level). She is also a certified ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher and has a Certificate of Educational Studies (in Public Speaking) awarded by the College of Teachers, UK.
Karishma has designed training materials for numerous Professional Communication courses including Professional English and Presentation Skills programs for Land Transport Authority, Nanyang Technological University, Natixis Singapore and Singapore University of Technology and Design.
She has co-facilitated customized in-house workshops on other soft skills including job seeking skills and team building. She has conducted programs related to life skills, reading, phonics and special needs at numerous schools in Singapore including Northlight, St Clare’s, CHIJ Katong, Haig Girls’ School and Jurong Junior College. She also offers one-to-one language coaching and has worked closely with several NTU graduates over the years.
Before moving to the teaching and training profession, Karishma worked in Hong Kong in management positions overseeing the HR and IT functions of leading retail and trading businesses. She has completed a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from University College Dublin (awarded end of 2013). She also has a Diploma of Educational Studies including a Certificate in Learning Disorders Management, a Certificate in Language Development (Phonics) and a Certificate in Child Psychology & Counselling awarded by the College of Teachers UK.
Ms Marieke van Raaij is an Associate of Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd and Director of Up! Advisory Pte Ltd. Marieke’s career as a Human Resources Consultant spans two decades. During her career Marieke has had the opportunity to work closely with many prestigious companies across industry and geography, often with a focus on organisational culture and climate. Working with clients to establish and deliver on their employee value proposition entails touching upon many aspects of the business, providing Marieke with deep insight into the multi-faceted role of the Human Resource function. Her focus now is to leverage technologies to achieve HR objectives, marrying requirements and solutions, adding a human touch by way of change management and implementation.
Ms Clemence Blondel is an Associate Trainer and Consultant of Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd. She has 15 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Communication in different companies for different products and services. Having spent the last 12 years in Asia (five in Shanghai ,and seven in Singapore), she has thrived in multicultural environments. Currently, as a Learning & Development Consultant for corporate clients, she provides training & personal development programs.
In recent years, she has also developed a passion for coaching, leveraging on her vast experience in people management and communication to maximise transfer of learning with executives and students. She is currently an ontological coach for corporates and a trainer for Nanyang Polytechnic (Life Skills curriculum & Career Skills curriculum). Clemence has also facilitated team-based engagement activities and special events for companies like SIM, Total Oil Pacific, St John Institute, just to name a few.
Clemence brings with her enriching and varied experiences, and her energy and communicable optimism never fail to engage her audience. Raising three children keeps her energy level up, and allows her to practice active listening and her coaching techniques!
Ms Teo Quee Lin is an Associate Trainer of Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd. She has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) awarded by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). She is a certified ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher and holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education.
She has been teaching and training for the past 8 years. She has conducted training for Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) courses, particularly the Workplace Literacy (WPL) courses, for individuals working in the private sector. Her training approach is interactive and participative combined with the sharing of relevant experiences. She has also been conducting training and practicum observations for National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) courses for preschool educators.
Prior to becoming a trainer, Quee Lin worked in the mainstream education industry. She was also in the investment banking sector for several years; her last appointment was with Chemical Bank (now known as JPMorgan Chase).
Ms Kanak Muchhal is an Associate Trainer of Yzer Solutions Pte Ltd. Kanak is a Counsellor with over 15 years of experience working and advocating for women’s causes in Singapore, USA and Tokyo. She is the Job Readiness & Befriending Program Manager for Daughters of Tomorrow (DOT).
Kanak has a Masters in Counselling (Distinction) from Monash University. She has a WSQ Advanced Certificate to Work Effectively with Families and Significant Others of Young Clients. She has attended several courses by the Singapore Social Service Training Institute (SSTI) including Understanding Play: Its Therapeutic Roles for Working with Children and Young Persons. She was a research assistant on the report published by the National Council of Social Service in March 2011 titled Helping Children Cope with Divorce (A Study on Children from Divorced Families).
Before moving to the counselling profession, Kanak worked as a strategic planning associate at Time Warner Inc. and as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch in New York City. She has a Bachelor in Economics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
